WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES DISPLAYED IN
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are processed in AUD.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO
We ship to all addresses within Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and rural areas. We do not currently ship internationally.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 2 to 5 business days.
If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@AussieHabitat.com.au.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

10 to 15 Days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control such as courier delays or customs processing.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST
We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. No minimum order value is required.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the relevant courier website.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active and visible online.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@essentra.com.au. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For change of mind returns, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@AussieHabitat.com.au with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item under our 30-day return policy once it has been delivered.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@AussieHabitat.com.au Include your order number and the correct shipping address.
Address changes are only possible within this 24-hour window before dispatch. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@AussieHabitat.com.au and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A photo of the outer packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
