4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped on the same day after payment confirmation is received. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2 to 7 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@AussieHabitat.com.au with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item under our 30-day return policy once it has been delivered.
