Shipping Locations

We deliver to all addresses within Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and rural areas. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. No minimum order value is required.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped on the same day after payment confirmation is received. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Timeframes

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active online.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@AussieHabitat.com.au. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
